Kay Hedges, Associate
I was born in Deavertown, Ohio in 1944. A year later we moved to Rt. 60 just above Gaysport, Ohio. I lived there 18 years and spent the next 25 years on Cutler Lake Road, Blue Rock. I have three sons by Jerry Foster who passed away March 30, 1988. I also have 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Then I married Bob Hedges and moved back to my original home on Rt. 60. My Dad said I couldn't wait to move out at 20 years old and then I couldn't wait to move back at 45 years old. Bob and I moved to Philo in 1997 and Zanesville in 2004. I have worked for a couple attorneys, the Ohio Ferro-Alloy in Philo, Franklin Local School on Sandy Lane in Duncan Falls, and the Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department for over 23 years. I retired from the Health Department on December 31, 2005 and a month later went to work for The Snouffer Funeral Home part-time where I hope they will keep me until I can no longer keep going. I enjoy all of our combined family, our spoiled dog "KP", and my flower gardens where those wonderful little hummingbirds love to visit. My life is pretty quiet, I have great neighbors and I work with wonderful people and truly love "livin in Zanesville". What more could I ask for?
