Charles Parsons Obituary

Charles William Parsons 89 of Zanesville passed away Thursday March 8, 2018 at his home. He was born May 14, 1928 in Zanesville a son of the late William and Lucy Riley Parsons. He attended business college, and was retired after 30 years of dedicated employment from the Zanesville Times Recorder, as an Advertising Salesman.

A dedicated father, he is survived by his son William "Chuck" Parsons of Zanesville and daughter Misty (Tim) Parsons Hampp of Brownsville; niece Penny (Greg) Kincheloe and Nephew Shawn (Pam) Butler.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Beverly Butler Parsons who passed away on January 31, 2012; good friend and brother-in-law and sister-in-law James (Phyllis) Butler.

Friends may call from 12 Noon until time of services at 2pm on Monday March 12, 2018 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE with Chaplain Nathan Nordine officiating. He will be laid to rest beside his wife in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
