Danny Duane Noe, 70 passed away Saturday, August 12, 2017. He was born November 21, 1946 in Zanesville to Neal and Elsie Lewis Noe.
Danny served in the Army, fighting in the Vietnam War and upon leaving the service gained the rank of Sergeant and received the Vietnam Service Medal with two Bronze Stars, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Air Medal, National Defense Service Medal and Aircraft Crewman badge. He worked as a commercial fisherman before moving to Lima where he worked for the McDonalds Corporation until retirement.
He is survived by his mother, Elsie Noe; two sons: Dannie Noe Jr. and Doug Noe; one daughter Tina (Scott) Forker; five grandchildren: Dana, Jesse and Austin Noe, and Zackhery and Brandon Forker; three great grandchildren; brothers: Mark (Linda) Noe and David Noe; numerous nieces, nephews and family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, Neal Noe and an infant daughter, Tammy Jeanette.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 10AM, Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Market Street Baptist Church, 140 N. Sixth St., Zanesville, OH.
