Jeffrey Allen Parsons 57, of Nelsonville passed away on Saturday September 30, 2017 in Wooster. He was born in Zanesville on July 4, 1960 to the late Richard and Freda Bell Parsons. He had a Master’s Degree in Counseling and was employed by Allwell Behavioral Health. He was a member of Athens Church of Christ and Norval Park Church of Christ. Jeffrey was not only a dedicated husband and a devoted Christian; he was a very involved parent.
He is survived by his wife Deborah Haught Parsons, a son Jacob Parsons, a daughter Lily Parsons, two brothers: Mike (Martha) Parsons and Mark(Karen) Parsons, two sisters: Kathy (Jim) Tom and Lesta.
Calling hours will be from 5-8 pm on Thursday October 5, 2017 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Friday at NORVAL PARK CHURCH OF CHRIST, 845 ARCH STREET, ZANESVILLE, OHIO with Russell Howard officiating. Burial will follow later in the Haught Family Cemetery.
