ZANESVILLE

Louella R. Kinder, 72 passed away Monday, November 4, 2019 at Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care. She was born May 31, 1947 in San Diego, CA to the late Joseph C. and Louella R. LaGrange Arbuckle Sr.

Surviving is her husband John Kinder; two sons: Charles A. Fey Jr. and Joseph C. Fey Sr; a daughter Carolyn A. Fey; a brother Joe Arbuckle; 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four grandchildren: David Looman Jr., Justin Fey, Patricia Dixon and Rodney Dixon.

A memorial service will be held at 1PM Thursday, November 7, 2019 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE with Rev. Arthur Potts officiating.
