So very saddened to hear of Mike's passing. He was part of "our gang" that grew up together on Pine Street. We all loved each other dearly and were a big part of each other's lives. RIP Mike, for we know that to be absent from this earthly body, is only to be present with the Lord. We shall gather at the river one day soon.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.

I will never forget the years of memories that I have stored in my heart with Mike. I started traveling with Mike playing Bass guitar with his father Jim, and other quartet members at fourteen years of age. I was also blessed to play behind Mike in two churches when he was the music director. We did live radio on Saturday nights in Columbus, Ohio, filmed many gospel TV programs in Akron, Ohio and several recording sessions together. We had such a great time together and I've never ever heard such an anointed voice as Milke had. He taught me so much and I thank God for allowing me to share a small part of his life and ministry. He was a blessing to
