Norma Jean Spinks Willis, 86, of Zanesville passed away on Thursday August 16, 2018 at Willow Haven.

Norma was born in Zanesville on February 16, 1932 to the late Edward and Georgiana Spinks. She was a homemaker and a dear friend to all who knew her.

She is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 1-2pm on Monday August 20 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
