Alisha M. Norris

Alisha M. Norris, 42, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. She was born January 17, 1983, to Victor Norris and Teresa (Hale) Norris, both of Zanesville.

She was happily employed by Genesis Healthcare System in the Food and Nutrition Services Department, where she was greatly loved. She lived with her roommates, whom she loved. Alisha spent her days listening to music, watching movies, cheering for her beloved Ohio State Buckeyes, drinking Dr. Pepper, eating Reese’s, and her favorite hobby was watching wrestling. She enjoyed going to church at Hands of Faith.

She was preceded in death by her father Victor Norris and grandfather James (Bob) Hale.

She is survived by her aunt Lydia (Kristopher) Mahler; mother Teresa Norris; and grandmothers: Robin Hale and Joann Spencer.

Calling hours will be from 10AM to 12PM, Monday, June 16, 2025, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, OHIO. Funeral will begin at 12PM in the Snouffer Chapel with Benjamin Gross officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
