Bella Rose Chapman

It is with deep sorrow and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Bella Rose Chapman, age 12, of Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on May 10, 2026.

Bella was born on January 1, 2014, to Stacy Osborn. Though her time on earth was far too short, she filled every moment with love, laughter, and joy. Bella was known for always making others around her feel loved and always welcoming new friends into her life. She had a beautiful smile that will be remembered for the rest of time.

Bella attended school at West Muskingum and enjoyed playing volleyball at school with her friends. She especially loved spending time with her aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents on her family farm. Bella loved most her mom and her sister, whom she looked up to. She brought happiness to everyone who was fortunate enough to know her.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Stacy Osborn; her sister, Emma Yahn; her grandparents, Mel and Rodger Osborn; her aunts, uncles, cousins, special family members and friends: Jeremy, Terrika, Kallen, Wyatt, Aubree, Dawn, Ruby, Robbie, Jeff, Tina, Kandy, Jeff, Skyler, Gabby, and Ava; her dog, Georgia; and her cat, Birdy.

Bella was preceded in death by her Grandma Jean, Grandpa Kenney, Grandma Rema, Grandpa Ralph, and her cousin, Christopher.

Though our hearts ache beyond words, we find comfort in the love and memories Bella gave us. She will remain deeply loved and never forgotten.

Calling hours will be held from 11AM to 1PM, Friday, May 15, 2026, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, OHIO. The funeral service will begin at 1PM in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Mike Rush officiating. Burial will follow Poplar Fork Cemetery.
