Carol Ann Harvey, 62, of Philo passed away on Saturday October 30, 2021 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She was born in Zanesville on October 23, 1959 to the late Jerry and Gertrude Dillon Lamay. Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved her family unconditionally and was very compassionate to everyone’s needs and would help anyone even if they were strangers.

Carol is survived by her husband of 41 years Jay Harvey; three sons: Dave McCormick, Joshua (Jamie) McCormick and Bradley Harvey; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters: Teresa Young and Sabrina Nickademus; a brother Danny (Jodie) Young; step-mother Cindy Lovejoy; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Heather Pargeon and several aunts, uncles, brothers, grandparents, and cousins.

Honoring Carol’s wishes no services will be held, burial will follow in Duncan Falls Cemetery at a later date.
