Charles Alfred Maddox

Charles Alfred Maddox, 82, of Zanesville, OH passed away Thursday February 19, 2026, at Brookdale Zanesville.  He was born May 1, 1943, in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Oral and Helen Terry Maddox.  He worked as a technician with Electric Motor Services and was a Veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by his children, Donald C. Maddox and Molly Jane Hook; a stepdaughter Diane Evans; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a sister, Terry Sue Tullis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law Edward Tullis and former wife Marjorie Crumbaker Maddox. 

Cremation services have been entrusted to the Snouffer Crematory.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, OHIO, has the distinct honor of serving the Maddox family.
