David Greiner Obituary

Dave “Grump” Greiner, 68, passed away Thursday April 7, 2022, at the Morrison House Zanesville.  He was born November 20, 1953, in Zanesville, OH to the late John Greiner and Evelyn Humphrey Greiner. 

Dave is survived by his wife of 39 years Debbie Bronkar Greiner whom he married June 26, 1982; his sons Dustin (April) Greiner and Devin (Megan) Greiner; his special grandsons, Ayden Greiner and Cohen Greiner; his sister-in-law’s, Lace Greiner and Jayne Sparks; a brother-in-law, Terry Savage; the crew in Sonora; his Aunt Bell; and his special dog and companion Ari.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Patty Greiner and Pam Savage and a brother Doug Greiner. 

Dave taught his sons the art of carpentry. He loved his grandsons very much, loved teasing them and watching them play baseball. He enjoyed his sports conversations with Ralph. His favorite thing to do was golf at Vista Golf Course with all the guys, especially Red and Purkey and have backyard conversations with John and Aubrey.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1 to 4PM, Saturday, May 14th, 2022 at Vista Golf Course, 2600 Hennessey Drive, Nashport.
