David Lee Wiseman, 74, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at his residence. He was born April 6, 1950, in Zanesville to the late Denver E. and Genevieve Gossman Wiseman. He was a 1968 graduate of Zanesville High School and was retired as an operator at Brockway, where he worked for many years. He enjoyed playing golf, softball, basketball, swimming, fishing and spending time with family. David was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals.

He is survived by his wife Linda Hartline Wiseman, whom he married September 19, 1983; children: Rick Wiseman, Mike Wiseman, Joseph (Tammy) Cunningham and Tina (Charles Askew) Robison; brother Paul (Patti) Wiseman; sisters: Judy (Frank) Wood, Patty (Doug Stotts) Wiseman, Shirley (Steve) Sevick and Jeannie (Jeff) Bryan; sister in law and best friend Bobbi (Rodney) Hanson; three grandchildren: Tyler, Jacob and Alivia; great friends Carl (Diane) Gibson; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Ronnie Wiseman, sister Linda Williams; father and mother in law Harold and Evelyn Hartline; niece Shelley Thompson; and nephew Kurt Bryan.

Calling hours will be from 11AM to 1PM Monday, October 28, 2024, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. The funeral service will begin at 1PM in the Snouffer Chapel with Pat Wiseman-Jones officiating.
