Diane Irene McKee

Diane Irene McKee, 72, a former resident of Duncan Falls for 40 years, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the Helen Purcell Home. She was born August 16, 1953, in London, England to the late Brian and Dorothy “Twink” Hazel Parr. She was a housewife, hair dresser, baby sitter for many, took care of elderly and was an exercise and aerobics instructor. Diane enjoyed crocheting, knitting, traveling, being in the sun, spending time at the ocean and most important she loved the Lord and being with her family and Yorkie and Shitzu.

She is survived by her husband Don McKee, whom she married June 17, 1972; a son Jason (Carrie) McKee; a daughter Melissa (Michael) McKee Wood; her twin brother David Parr; brother in law Scott (Jenine) McKee; sister in law Pamela Edwards; great nephew Alexander McKee; six grandchildren: Conner (Natalie McBride) McKee, Caleb (Tori Powell) McKee, Olivia (Thomas Arnold) McKee, Abigail McKee, Evan Wood and Kamiah Wood; two great grandchildren: Jamison McKee and Cecilia Diane Arnold; and niece and nephew: Danny Parr and Sonja Bates.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Phillip Parr.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, Monday, May 4, 2026 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, OHIO. The funeral service will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, May 5, 2026, in the Snouffer Chapel. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park.
