Donald James Erow Sr., 89, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021 at his residence. He was born September 1, 1932 in Akron to the late Harold and Marie Greer Erow. He was a truck driver for many different companies and was a fan of NASCAR.
Surviving is his wife Sally Ray Erow of Coshocton; two children: Bill (Tammy) Erow of Lakeland, FL and Beth (Jeff) Watson of Norwich; a brother Dick (Nellie) Erow; a sister Helen Lemaster; eight grandchildren: Brandon Watson, Brody Watson, Tony Erow, John Erow, Peter Erow, Angel Sullivan, Chad Fortney and Tiffany Reynolds; 12 great grandchildren: Ashlynn Sullivan, Alexander Sullivan, Bently Reynolds, Adilyn Reynolds, Lyla Ferguson, Liam Erow, Paislee Watson, Knox Watson, Payton Watson, Piper Watson, Cash Watson and Lacey Erow.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son Jim Erow; a daughter; Kathy Erow; a grandson Colin Erow; two sisters: Dorothy Alexander and Edith Frazee; and a brother in law Jim Lemaster.
No services will be held at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016.
