Elizabeth Ann (Shultz) Hayes

ZANESVILLE

Elizabeth Ann Hayes, 80, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023, at Genesis Hospital. She was born March 4, 1942, in Zanesville to the late Lewis and Geneva Tidd Shultz. She retired from United Technologies/Lear after 46 years. She was also an assembler at Surplus Material.

She is survived by her sister Frances Batteiger and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Dale Hayes, who passed away in 1999; a son Dana Hayes; and her sister Margaret Shultz.

A graveside service will be held at 1PM Wednesday, March 1 at Woodlawn Cemetery with Pastor Joe Rowland officiating.
