Evelyn (Winland) Klass

Evelyn Klass, age 90 of Zanesville passed away Wednesday January 16, 2019 at her home with her children by her side.  She was born February 8, 1928 in Byesville, OH a daughter of the late Oscar and Charlotte Sills Winland.  Throughout her working years she worked at Benco in Zanesville and Cambridge Glass.

Evelyn is survived by one son Jeffrey Jay Klass of Columbus; two daughters: Karen (Rick) Addis of Zanesville and Paula Klass of Columbus; grandson Cale (Jessica) Addis and granddaughter Jade (Derek) Hague; great grandchildren Collin, Tripp, Tytan, Bristol and Blake; several nieces and nephews and special friends David Wollam and Jeri Lynn Watts.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Alfred L. Klass; sisters Winona and Mildred and a brother Paul.

Memorial contributions may be made to Muskingum County Community Foundation, 534 Putnam Avenue, Zanesville, OH 43701 for the Dog Pound Building Fund in memory of Evelyn Klass.

Friends may call 5 to 8PM Friday, January 18 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Saturday, January 19 with Chaplain Tim Patton officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery Byesville, OH.
