Frank Neira Sr., 63 of Philo, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Genesis Hospital. He was born December 7, 1957 in Chicago, IL to the late Joseph Francisco and Gelinda Warounska Neira. He loved spending time outdoors and especially loved his children and family.

Surviving is his wife Nancy Angler Neira, two sons: Frank James Neira and Frank (Dawn) Neira Jr.; two daughters: Alana Neira and Desirea Neira; two brothers: Joe (Debbie) and Jay; five sisters: Linda (Randy), Diane, JoAnn (Vince), Sherry and Stephanie; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 5PM Friday, December 18, 2020 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE, where services will begin at 5PM with Pastor Marc Caton officiating.
