Gilbert Lee Perrine

ZANESVILLE

Gilbert Lee Perrine, 79, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at his residence. He was born February 7,1944, in Zanesville to the late Grant Gilbert and Olive Ruth Roberts Perrine. He retired as a lineman at American Electric Power. He served his country in the United States Marine Corp during Vietnam.  He was an avid hunter, outdoorsman, gun enthusiast and NRA member.

He is survived by his sons: Andy (Pam) Perrine and Dustin (Rita) Perrine; four grandchildren: Sophie Perrine, Brady Perrine, Brennan Perrine and Bryan Perrine.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Linda F. Naragon Perrine, who passed away February 11, 2013.

Calling hours will be from 11AM to 1PM Friday, February 24, 2023, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Funeral service will begin at 1PM in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park with full military honors.
