James Edward Simspon

James Edward Simpson, 75, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021. He was born September 21, 1945 in Cheltenham, England to the late James Harvey and Bryda Edith Mary Hinder Simpson. He was a retired Store Manager of Jack’s Department Store in Logan, Ohio and a full time car enthusiast, landscaping fanatic and a loving husband and father.  He was a member of the Church of England.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years Wilma Conner Simpson; his children: Keith Simpson, Kevin Simpson, Shawn Simpson, Shanae Ramsey, James Simpson Jr. and Cynthia Mace and several grandchildren.

In addition to parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Paul Simpson.

Calling hours will be from 12 to 2PM Saturday, February 13 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 W. MILITARY ROAD. The funeral service will begin at 2PM in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Cory Campbell officiating.
