Jerry Hoffman, 39, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021. He was born June 25, 1981 in Zanesville to the late Jerry and Sheila Powell Hoffman. He was a graduate of Maysville High School and loved to play video games.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother Steven Hoffman and a sister Mary Hoffman.
