ZANESVILLE
Jill Lamar Grosscup, 55, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022 after a long illness. She was born September 6, 1966 in Zanesville to James L. and Betty L. Dutro Grosscup. She was a graduate of West Muskingum High School and Muskingum Area Technical College. She was a dietary aide at Adams Lane for over 20 years. Jill enjoyed visiting her friends at the mall and baking – especially chocolate chip cookies.
In addition to her parents, Jill is survived by her daughter Bridget (Travis) Riggle; sister Ginger (Steve) Hamilton; and two grandchildren: Axton and Emerson Riggle (the lights of her life). She is also survived by two nephews, Jason (Kari) Boetcher and Britton Boetcher, four great nieces and one great nephew, and a special friend Robin Zinn.
Jill is proceeded in death by her grandparents: Lawrence and Thelma Grosscup, and Clyde and Leota Dutro.
Calling hours will be 4 to 6PM on Thursday July 7th at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, OHIO. A private Graveside service will be held in Zanesville Memorial Park with Pastor Mike Bullock officiating.
