Judith "Judy" Darlene (Gustafson) Scott

Judith (Judy) Darlene (Gustafson) Scott, 81, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 8th, 2023.

Judy was born April 19th, 1941, in Cedarville, Michigan to the late Ted and Lois (Cough) Gustafson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother John Gustafson and sister Audrey Booth.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Darryl J. Scott; daughters: Vicky (Richard) Morland, Paula (Scott) Davis and Sandy (Harvey) Richardson; grandchildren: Candace (Alan) Mitchell, Josh Davis, Indy (Carson) Evans, Ryan Davis, Gauge Frick and Timothy Richardson; great grandchildren: Ryliegh Mitchell, Maizelynn Gantt and Averie Evans; sister Candy (Larry) Perkins; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Judy graduated from Cedarville High School in 1959. She met and fell in love with husband Darryl, April 1959, in the VFW Hall at Kincheloe Air Base in Kinross, Michigan, where Darryl was stationed. They were married going on 63 years. Judy worked at M&M IGA as a meat wrapper for many years. Judy was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend and was loved by many. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved traveling to Michigan, which she always said was “God’s Country”. Judy also enjoyed knitting and crocheting as well as making cakes, she made the best cakes.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 5PM, Saturday, April 22, at her daughter Vicky’s house for family and close friends.
