Kenneth Dee Mahon, 68, passed away November 13, 2023, at Adams Lane Care Center. He was born February 26, 1955, in Zanesville to the late Margaret Eleanor Mahon. Kenneth was a graduate of Tri Valley High School and worked on the railroad briefly until 1973. He volunteered with REACT in Dresden and took great pride in the flowers at the Dresden IGA. He was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Dresden. Kenneth was a jokester, knew a lot of Dresden history and was always willing to help anyone.
Surviving are his sister Edie (Ben McElfresh) Crowthers; aunt Judith Hamilton; uncle Stanley (Valerie) Mahon; nieces and nephews: Brandy (Don) Roberts, Sheridan (Tanner) Huey, Laney Black and Landon Black; great niece and nephew: Kylie Huey and Weston Huey; special cousin Mary Wagner; several other cousins, nieces and nephews; son Bradley Looney; three grandchildren: Steven, Brandon and Kaylei.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents: Stanley and Ellen Mahon; brother-in-law Jeffrey Crowthers; nephew in law Jack Black Jr; several aunts, uncles and two cousins.
