Kenneth Rodger Osborn, 94, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Genesis Hospice Morrison House, surrounded by his family. He was born May 5, 1930, in Gratiot to the late Kenneth R. and Pearl M. Leasure Osborn. He was a 1948 graduate of Hopewell High School. Kenneth retired from Burnham Boiler, where he was a lab technician. His life’s passion was his farm, where he raised beef cattle and operated his sawmill. He was member of the Gratiot United Methodist Church and Muskingum County Farm Bureau.

He is survived by his children: Kandy (Mark) Zartman, Kenneth J. (Gemma) Osborn and Rodger A. (Mel) Osborn; nine grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Gloria Jean Rush Osborn, who passed away December 1, 2019, and his brother Millard Osborn.

Calling hours will be from 11AM to 1PM Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. The funeral service will begin at 1PM in the Snouffer Chapel with Mike and Rita Rush officiating. Burial will follow in Poplar Forks Cemetery.
