Lora Kaye Wolford

Lora Kaye Wolford of Zanesville went home to be with the Lord on  Sunday January 2, 2022 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.  She was born February 26, 1972 a daughter of the late Ralph Warren and Judith Kaye Dickson Wolford.

Lora was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Zanesville, the Eagles and the American Legion Auxiliary. She was a devoted fan of The Ohio State Buckeye’s, in her final hours she was blessed with seeing the Buckeye’s win the Rose Bowl and the Bengal’s making the Playoffs.

Surviving are her cousins Sondra (Jeff) Wainwright, Tammy Wolford, Larry (Misty) Wolford, Nancy Newton, Tina (Dustin) Kuhn, Bobbie Jo Davis, Marsha Wagner, Martha Wagner and Melanie Dickson; aunt’s Donna Mercer and Becky Wolford.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Vernon and Lora (Me-Me) (Roberts) Dickson and her paternal grandparents Charles Sr. Wolford and Zona (Preston) Wolford.

Friends may call from 5pm until time of services at 7pm Friday January 7, 2022 in the Snouffer Chapel with Rev. Marc Combs and Rev. Larry Wolford officiating.  Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
