Margaret Louise (Tom) Dunn

Margaret Louise Tom Dunn, 96, passed away on Saturday October 29, 2022, at the Beckett House in New Concord, Ohio.  She was born May 30, 1926, to Robert Olis Tom and Marquerite Aurelia Tom. Margaret worked in laundry at the Holiday Inn in Zanesville. She was a devoted, mother, grandmother and sister and loved her family dearly.

She is survived by her children: Thomas “Tom” George, Dixie Rollison and Terry Dunn; seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren; and sisters: Betty Carline Tom Orsban and Alma Jean Tom Phillips. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands: Robert Wayne George and Robert Edgar Dunn; daughters: Carol Ann Dunn and Sandy Sue Dunn; a grandson, Brian Ray George; and a brother Robert Joe Tom.

Calling hours will be 11 AM to 1 PM on Thursday November 3, 2022, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD.  Funeral services will begin at 1 PM with Earl Butler officiating in the Snouffer Chapel.  Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
