Michael Dale Proctor, 75, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at Clay Gardens Place surrounded by family. He was born March 20, 1949, in Logan, Ohio to the late Mona Proctor Alexander. He served our country and protected our freedom in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his beloved wife Wilma Kay Funk Proctor; two daughters: Stacey L. (Ron) Burke and Sandra K. Proctor, two granddaughters: Emily K. Lantz and Reagan M. Burke; and his dog Holly.
No services will be held at this time. THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE, has the distinct honor of serving the Proctor family. Cremation services are entrusted to The Snouffer Crematory.
