ZANESVILLE
Nancy Ann Howe, 76, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022, at her residence. She was born July 18, 1946, in Zanesville to the late Joseph and Edith Gilmore Maxwell. She worked as an assembler at United Technologies. She was a member of the auxiliary member of American Legion Post #29, VFW Post #1058 and Eagles #302.
She is survived by her daughter Kandi Sherfy; a grandson Zakary Sherfy and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Tex Howe; six brothers: Vernon Maxwell, Joseph Maxwell, Homer Maxwell, George Maxwell, Edwin Maxwell and Stanley Maxwell; and six sisters: Katherine Ault, Clara Denton, Lenora Miles, Delores Webb, Edith Parker and Betty Grotegeer.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM Wednesday, October 5 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Funeral service will be held at 1PM Thursday, October 6 in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Jeff Belt officiating. Burial will follow in Williams Cemetery.
