Nicholas Duval Cooperider Sr., 88, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born March 7, 1933 in Millersport to the late Benjamin Harris and Sara Elizabeth Petty Cooperider. He was a school bus driver for Northern Local School District.

He is survived by a son Nicholas D. Cooperider Jr.; a daughter Jewell Lee Sterns; a brother Edson Cooperider; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Peggy Cooperider; a brother Fredrick Cooperider; and a sister Mary Lou.

Graveside services will be held at 11AM, Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Zion Ridge Cemetery, Thornville.
