Norma Christine (Sweeney) Anderson

CROOKSVILLE

Norma Christine Sweeney Anderson, 66, passed away September 17, 2022, at her residence. She was born January 11, 1956, in Zanesville to the late Clyde E. and Norma Slater Sweeney. She was a 1973 graduate of Zanesville High School where she was a Devilette. She had a life dedicated to higher education, she obtained two bachelor's degrees and two master’s degrees, and was working on her PhD. She taught business classes at Zane State College. Chris enjoyed shopping and loved her dogs.

She is survived by her two brothers: Jeff Sweeney and John (Cathy) Sweeney; two sisters: Cheryl (Trent) Ankrum and Connie King; several nieces and nephews and her dog Bear.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister Carol Sweeney Smith and a very special sister-in-law Vicky Sweeney.
