ZANESVILLE

Ottice Blevins Sr., 72, of Mt. Perry passed away on Thursday August 27, 2020 at Genesis Hospital. He was born in Rita, West Virginia on October 14, 1947 to the late Columbus and Cythia Jones Blevins.

Ottice owned several rental properties and was a tremendous carpenter and brick mason. He enjoyed his family especially his wife, children, and grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Shirley Keen Blevins, his children Ottice (Wendy) Blevins Jr., Rick (Tracey) Blevins, Danielle Blevins, Will (Ally) Blevins, a brother Earl Gene Blevins, 11 grandchildren: Casie, Carley, Steele, Brittany, Nathan, Ellie, Ethan ,Connor, Emma, Maddie, and Sara, and a great grandchild Sage.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
