Roy G Williams

Roy G. Williams, 88 passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Genesis Hospital. He was born December 30, 1931 in Wheeling, WV to the late Roy G. and Eleanor Meyer Williams Sr. He was a graduate of Lash High School, attended The Ohio State University for real estate and Ohio University for banking. Roy retired in 1991 from First National Bank with 43 years of service. He was a member of the Zanesville Kiwanis Club, Jaycees, Elks, West Muskingum Lions Club, Zanesville Lions Club, Duncan Falls Lions Club, Springfield Lions Club, Associate Board member at Bethesda Hospital and served on the West Muskingum Board of Education from 1970-77. He was also a member of Central Trinity Church.

Surviving are his wife Mary Helen Eppley Ullman Williams; a son Kenneth (Denise) Williams; a daughter Karin Brandi; step children: Mark Ullman, Sara (Chris) Pfaff and Anita Ullman; a sister Betty Lou Gordon; four grandchildren: Ryan Kruskamp, Somer (Zack Reynolds) Kruskamp, Derek Williams and Marcus (Kelly) Williams; three step grandchildren: Elsa Pfaff, Stuart (Frita) Pfaff and Christian Ullman; and a great grandson Lincoln Williams.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Juanita Somers; sisters: Pat and Joyce; and brothers: Jerry and Jack.

Graveside services will be at 1PM Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Zanesville Memorial Park with Pastor Steve Judson officiating.
