Sharon Harper Obituary

Sharon L. Harper, 85, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2026, at Cedar Hill Care Center. She was born August 20, 1940, in Zanesville to the late Kenneth H. and Florence Harbaugh Harper. She was a nursing technician for Sunny View Nursing Home. Sharon loved working with the elderly, taking walks and The Ohio State Buckeyes.

She is survived by her daughters: Christel J. Erwine and Traci M. Erwine; a brother David (Laura) Harper; a sister Cecile (Paul) Pletcher; five grandchildren: Michael Johnson, Chelsea Rivera, Shenia Pullie, Morgan Cannon and Richie Cannon; five great grandchildren: Neveah Johnson, Cadence Mayle, Sabree Mayle, Haven Mayle and Terrence Pullie; and a very special friend Auntie Jane.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Paul K. Harper and sister Patricia Harper.

No services will be held at this time. THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, has the distinct honor of serving the family. Cremation care has been entrusted to The Snouffer Crematory.
