Shawna Maleigha Hartley, 44 passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021 at her residence from Covid pneumonia. She was born August 2, 1977 in Zanesville to Krysta (Timothy) Hoffman and Thomas W. Hartley. She was a 1995 graduate of Maysville High School. She was an employee of Walmart for 23 years and taught at the Walmart Academy in Circleville. She enjoyed do it yourself crafts, Christmas, Hallmark movies, traveling and collecting antique model trucks. Her children were her life and passion.
In addition to her mother Krysta (Timothy) Hoffman, she is survived by her children: Alexzander Ditter and Olivya Maleigha Woods; sister Erycka (Jason) Adams; brother Noah (Ronda) Hartley; and nieces and nephews: Jayce (Melissa) Adams, Abriana (Matthew) Kuhn, KalEl Hartley, Addisyn Hartley, Dakota Watson, Brantley Adams, Mila Mae Adams, Ellie Adams, Everly Faye Kuhn and River Kuhn.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents: Albert and Bonnie Collins and Harry and Sally Hartley.
Calling hours will be 1 to 4 PM Thursday, October 14 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. The funeral service will begin at 4PM with Pastor Jeff Belt officiating.
