Theresa M. (Shafer) Millinger

Theresa M. Millinger, 67, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. She was born May 31, 1957, in Zanesville to Ray and Betty Roberts Shafer. She was a 1975 graduate of Zanesville High School and also attended Zane State College. She retired after 40 years of service as an IT Specialist at Genesis Hospital. She loved her bassett hound Thelma Lou and enjoyed NASCAR and dirt track racing. Theresa was an avid Michigan football fan…. GO BLUE!

In addition to her mother, Betty Shafer; she is survived by her husband of 32 years Mike Millinger; her daughter Carrie (Scott) Sneddon; a sister Pam (Tom) Davis; and her grandchildren: Blake and Kaitlyn.

She is preceded in death by her father Ray Shafer.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4 to 6PM, Friday, April 25, 2025, at the VFW Post #1058, 1318 Putnam Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio.
