Wilma Mae Dusenberry, 92, of Zanesville passed away Sunday October 8, 2017 at her residence. She was born March 1, 1925 in Zanesville a daughter of the late Ernest and Cora Johnson Weekley. She was retired from Zanesville City Schools where she worked in the Cafeteria and also worked at Mosaic Tile for several years.
She is survived by two daughters Teresa Jesse and Judy (Ivan) Bush; 11 grandchildren Tina (Tim) Brookover, Tamara (Mark) Wilson, Cheryl (Marty) Dumolt, David Bush, Larry (Sheryl) Gillogly, Candy Moody, Rebecca Barber, Maryann Stamm, Joe Moody, Carl (Coty) Garcia and Victor Glosser; brother-in-law Edward (Susan) Dusenberry; two sister-in-law’s Elaine and Ruth Dusenberry. Several great and great- great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Special friends Ronnie and Jean Whipkey.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years Louis Frederick Dusenberry whom she married on April 23, 1941 and one daughter Carol Dusenberry. Twin sisters Lucille Felix and Lillian Weekley;a sister Bernice (Jim) Mullen; one brother Forest Weekley; several nieces and nephews; son-in-law Jim Jesse and three great grandchildren Andrew Dumolt, Ehan Bush and Brittany Fowler.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Shelter, 1430 Newark Road, Zanesville, OH 43701.
Calling hours will be from 10am until time of services at 1pm on Tuesday October 10, 2017 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE with Pastor Steve Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park.
